Wang Zinan, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a speech at the event. He stated that in recent years, the Group’s female employees, with unwavering resilience, have demonstrated dedication and a strong sense of responsibility in roles spanning production, sales, management, and logistical support, achieving remarkable results and making an indelible contribution to Xiaoya’s high‑quality, sustainable development. At the start of the event, participating employees were divided into several teams and engaged in a spirited tug-of-war. The atmosphere at the venue was electric, with cheers and shouts rising and falling in waves. Team members gripped the rope tightly, pulling together with unwavering unity. Encouraging chants and roars filled the air, creating an intense and exhilarating scene. After multiple rounds of fierce competition, the Xiaoya Cold Chain team took first place, while the Xiaoya Precision Engineering team secured second. Wang Zinan, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presented the awards to the winning teams. Off the field, warm congratulations and thunderous applause followed—recognition not only of the winning teams’ outstanding performance but also of their remarkable teamwork.
Following this, the female employees took part in a creative flower‑arranging activity. Drawing on their own ingenuity and guided by the instructor’s explanations, they skillfully arranged fresh flowers to produce exquisite floral masterpieces, nurturing their artistic sensibilities while unwinding and rejuvenating themselves.
The DIY canvas bag activity was another highlight. Guided by the instructor and fueled by their own imagination, the female employees dipped, mixed, smeared, brushed, and outlined—thoughtfully crafting each piece to distill their understanding of “beauty” into a compact, expressive form, showcasing their individuality and creativity. These one-of-a-kind, handmade canvas bags were both practical and distinctive, and the participants took them home as mementos of the event.
At the conclusion of the event, employees expressed their gratitude to the Group Party Committee and the Trade Union for their thoughtful care of female staff. They noted that on this special occasion, they were able to unleash their creativity, unwind, and savor the joy of hands‑on crafting, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging to the company.
