“The Washing Machine That Lasted Thirty-Three Years” draws on real-life stories from users of the Xiaoya Group, using a Xiaoya washing machine that has served for thirty-three years and three generations as its focal point to recount the heartwarming bond between a Qingdao resident and this “old faithful.” Through this personal tale, the work offers a broader perspective, highlighting not only the exceptional quality of Xiaoya washing machines but also the enduring trust and affection that have long united the brand with its customers.
