To further promote the tradition of respecting teachers and valuing morality, carry forward the fine practice of “passing on knowledge, providing assistance, and mentoring,” fully leverage the leading role of seasoned professionals, and accelerate the development of new employees, Xiaoya Holding Group held its 2025 New‑Employee Apprenticeship Ceremony on September 28—the anniversary of Confucius’s birth. Attending the ceremony were Zhao Fu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager; Xie Kun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, along with other leaders. More than 50 participants—including members of the Group’s Talent Development Leading Group, relevant personnel from the human resources departments of each industrial subsidiary, and representatives from 18 mentor–apprentice pairs—were in attendance. The ceremony was chaired by Li Xueqing, Manager of the Group’s Human Resources Department.

Group leaders presented appointment letters to 18 newly appointed mentors, including Zhao Zhiqiang, Xing Huijun, and Yang Qiqi. These letters not only recognize the mentors’ professional expertise and ethical standards but also embody the Group’s earnest expectations for the succession of talent, with the hope that they will use their wealth of experience as their pen and a sense of responsibility as their ink to chart a clear path for the growth of young employees.
