This principle is applied to assess the weld quality of wheel rims; by measuring the amount of leaked gas, the product’s compliance is determined.
Technical Features
This model of airtightness testing machine features a dual‑station test platform, enabling simultaneous inspection of two rims of the same model or two rims of different models. It is equipped with a full range of rim‑specific test molds, which can be installed and swapped quickly and conveniently. The system uses carbon dioxide gas as the testing medium, offering enhanced safety and environmental friendliness; its CO₂ sensor delivers rapid response, allowing precise detection of even minute changes in concentration within an extremely short time frame.
It exhibits strong anti-interference performance, can operate continuously in relatively complex environments, and is unaffected by variations in external atmospheric composition. It also features a long service life, safety, and environmental friendliness.
Manual operation requires one worker, with a testing throughput of 5 pieces per minute.

Structural Overview
This machine consists of three main components: the main frame, the hydraulic transmission system, and the electrical control system. The main frame includes: 1) the machine body, 2) the lower die, 3) the upper die, 4) the worktable, and 5) the hydraulic cylinder.
The hydraulic transmission system comprises an oil tank, a pump–motor unit, and integrated valves, while the electrical system includes an electrical control cabinet and an electrical operator console, among other components.
The main unit and the hydraulic transmission are mounted on a concrete foundation, as shown in the attached drawing, while the electrical cabinet is secured to the side of the machine frame.
