The slider of this machine is guided by two guide rails. When the slider is subjected to an eccentric load, the load is shared between the two rails, thereby preventing direct application to the piston rod and mitigating eccentric wear and scoring on the rod, thus extending the service life of the seals.
Structural Overview
This machine consists of three main components: the main frame, the hydraulic transmission system, and the electrical control system. The main frame comprises the machine body and the main cylinder. The hydraulic transmission system includes the oil tank, the pump–motor unit, and integrated valves, while the electrical system comprises the electrical control cabinet and the electrical operator panel. The main frame and the hydraulic transmission system are mounted on a concrete foundation, as shown in the attached drawing, and the electrical cabinet is positioned at the rear of the machine body.
